Privacy Policy

PromptlyEngage ("PEN") is a personal brand tool built by CodeCrunch Techlabs Pvt Ltd (codecrunch.co) that helps you turn raw thoughts into published posts across social media, in your own voice. We operate via Telegram at t.me/PromptlyEngageBot and the website promptlyengage.com.

We collect only what is necessary to run the service:

• Your Telegram user ID — to identify you and route your responses
• Your message content — the notes, thoughts, and instructions you send to PEN
• Photos you share — to attach to your published posts
• Your voice profile — how you describe yourself and your tone at /start
• Your style preferences — instructions you set via /style
• Your LinkedIn OAuth token — to publish posts on your behalf
• Post confirmation data — the link to your published post

We do not collect your phone number, LinkedIn password, LinkedIn connections, location data, or any data from your device.

• To generate your post drafts
• To publish posts to LinkedIn on your behalf
• To personalise your writing style over time
• To send you confirmation links to your live posts
• To respond to support requests if you contact us

That is all. Your data is not used for anything beyond these purposes.

This is the most important section.

• We do not read your conversations. Your messages are processed automatically. No human at PEN reads your chats unless you share a specific message as part of a support request.
• We do not use your content to train AI models. Your messages, drafts, and photos are never used to train or improve any AI model.
• We do not sell your data. Ever.
• We do not use your data for advertising.
• We do not share your content with other users.
• We do not access your LinkedIn beyond posting. We cannot see your connections, inbox, or profile data.
• We do not use your data for any purpose beyond helping you write and publish posts.

PEN works with the following services to operate:

• Telegram — the interface you use to interact with PEN (telegram.org/privacy)
• Anthropic Claude API — the AI that generates your drafts. Anthropic does not use API data to train their models. (anthropic.com/privacy)
• LinkedIn API — used to publish your posts (linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy)

• Voice profile and style preferences — until you delete your account
• LinkedIn OAuth token — until you disconnect your LinkedIn or delete your account
• Message content and photos — not stored after processing

When you delete your account, all your data is removed within 30 days.

You can, at any time:

• Request a copy of your data
• Request correction of your data
• Request deletion of your account and all data
• Disconnect your LinkedIn account via /disconnect
• Delete your PEN account via /delete

To make any request, contact hello@codecrunch.co. We respond within 30 days.

PEN is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Contact us at hello@codecrunch.co if you believe this has occurred.

If we update this policy, we will notify you via the PEN Telegram bot at least 14 days before changes take effect.
